Google Wallet/ Android Pay

A couple of year ago I tried the whole Google Wallet experience and was less than impressed. (Mainly with how long they took to process and post money that I transferred to my account.) So I see that Wallet has been updated to Android Pay and personally I'm not linking my credit card with my cell phone, not that it's any safer in my physical wallet. This app can be disabled via settings however, if you restart your phone it re-enables itself! WTF! Do any of y'all have a solution for permanently disabling the app without root and of course without deleting it?

I found the solution, I just cleared the data and the cache of the app, disabled it and restarted... It's all good now.
