Google watch with unlocked Google Pixel 7

My carrier is AT&T and the unlocked Pixel 7 works perfectly. Is there such a thing as an unlocked Pixel watch.

If not what watch would best with the unlocked Pixel 7.

When I bought my LTE version directly from Google it did not ask me about what carrier I was tying it to. So I assume it is unlocked by default. Not sure if a carrier that supports it locks it to their network.
