Got a Samsung Galaxy S4 and broke the screen. Wanna get pictures back.

I just broke my phone's screen. Its an s4. I have some pictures which are very important to me and my family. How can I get them back? I have tried the USB connected to a PC method but it wont work. Please help. Thanks in advance

1. ALWAYS back anything important up to another device.

2. Try Recovering files via adb (Post #22).

Charge your phone, put your USB cabel to Phone and connect with PC then Power On, wait for 2 minutes. (You should hear sound from your PC) and the Explorer and see if you have in explorer S4 Phone. That's all.
