I just restarted my AT&T One and it still hasn't shown up. Are you rooted and on 4.2.2 by chance?

I am stock running 4.1.2, not rooted. I dont know how I got it, but it was there today morning.

You can download the apk file and manually install it. It's been slowly pushing to devices over this past week.

When I try to activate it, it says: " will allow google play app to delete all data" . Will it delete everything on activation ? Or that is feature which you can use at later time to delete data if its lost etc ?

Limit functions currently. Locate, wipe, ring.

It will be a beast if it does as many things as Android Lost has.

Thanks. Tried! Worked in airplane mode with WiFi on.
If lost it will help. It couldnt help in case of stolen :- (or switched off)
HTC sense had similar functionality, not sure if it exists anymore.

Sense lost that functionality somewhere along the road during 4.x.
