We don't know. Might be when we get the next update to 4.2 might be never. If you want those features like multi view you can flash a custom rom with that uses it. I did and used it for a little was nice but nothing special.

I'm pretty sure he is referring to multi-window feature on Premium Suite. I have seen it on the Note, it's nice, but I could really care less if I have it or not. Most of the other features on Suite to me would not be used.
