Got Phil's Nexus One today!

Walked into work and our receptionist hands me a package. It's Phil's Nexus One! It's in perfect working condition and is blazingly fast compared to my Sprint Hero. Thanks Phil!

Now, I don't plan to switch to T-mobile with the Evo coming so soon, but I'd love to be able to use this as a Wi-Fi device and hopefully be able to make Voip calls. Anyone have any recommendations for the best Voip software? Does Skype work without a voice plan?
