I tried making my own patch for the Flick ROM and it seems to be ok but I have text at the bottom of my lockscreen that says "No SIM Card". Any ideas?

I don't think there is any way to extract the radio.img from a phone. I believe you would need an sbf file, which we don't have.

I think that I can pull it out the boot.img. My question is, how did you flash something over your radio that wasn't signed (which is seemingly impossible to do)? Are you sure that's what you need? Can you describe your situation in a little more detail?

Here's a patched ROM for nTelos -- it is the Paranoid Android / AOKP hybrid. Please test calls, texts, MMS, and mobile data and let me know how it all works.

(Also, it will probably say Verizon Wireless everywhere, but whatever. You can add a custom carrier label in the ROM settings if it bothers you that much.)
