GPS Based profiles app

Hey, i was wondering if anyone knew of any apps that would change your profile (vibrate, sound, silent, etc) based on your gps location. I always forget to turn my phone to vibrate when i get to work and then it starts ringing so it would be nice to have it notice im at work and automatically switch it for me
