gps issue

Ever since I got the last update, I have not been able to use Waze or google maps since my GPS is putting me all over the map and can not correctly identify my location and route. Anyone else having this issue? I have Verizon Wireless.

I haven't had any problems with my GPS since the last update. My service provider is AT&T.

Waze has been extremely erratic since the last update, but Google Maps is stable. Odd. I have tried recalibrating, but Waze is unusable. Anyone else having these issues? Suggestions for remedying?

I would start with uninstall and reinstall of affected apps, with a clear system cache partician and end with a factory reset.

I don't know though, I bought a used Moto X Pure Edition, once, that could not get a GPS lock. It had been factory reset and I got another SIM card made for it, with no joy. I had to return it.

Good luck and please let us know if you get it fixed and how.

I ended up swapping my Note 9 for another one. Now I can't get a lock on GPS in Waze unless I open Google Maps first, then open Waze.
