Gps problem or speedtest problem?

Im not sure, my gps seems to work fine in other apps but for some reason, my tb downloaded all my apps so i opened speedtest....and the closest server is in kansas...that can't be right....i live in parkland, fl right now and it should be pinging tampa....wiered...anyone have this problem?

Same here with speed test. Server was set to Wichita, KS and I am in NC. Scrolled down and found a server that was physically closer to me even though its listed farther away in speed test. ping time was cut by more than 3/4.


Should also note that I have not had any other GPS or Location problems so I believe it to be a problem with speedtest.

Oh, thanks, good to know its not just me...had that exact same server...

I think it all depends on where VZW backhauls the 4g network to. Sometimes it connects to the server in KS, but other times I get Washington DC. My Pantech 4g aircard does the same thing.
