Granting "System Applications" Permissions

I removed City ID and Blockbuster and some other apps using Root Explorer. I read that doing this will probably not allow me to install the Froyo update when it comes out. Can anyone please advise me how I would get these back on there so I can receive the update?

First read! Been covered several times, you download the apk's needed per the link listed here in the x/roms/hacks subsection, install them in the system/app folder with root explorer, then use root explorer to give said apk's system permissions..........
