Just thought I'd let everyone know about a great set of watch faces that do a great job of hiding your flat tire.
The one I got is called "Minimal and Elegant" (but the developer makes a number of different faces).

HIGHLY customizable and includes the ability to add what he calls "little worlds" on top of the flat tire, so it looks like it's part of the watch face design!
I chose a "Toronto skyline" for my 'little world'. If you look closely, you can see the CN Tower there.
I've included a picture from my Fossil Q Founder. I was able to choose the color, gradient, and customize pretty much everything.
Highly recommended. So if your flat tire is bothering you, I'd suggest you check it out.
