Green light flashing all the time Galaxy Watch

Tried to reset the Galaxy Watch but its still a problem and none of the sensors are working

The green flashing light is the heart rate monitor working. What happens if you set the setting for it to frequent or never (turn the bezel until you see the heart rate monitor app, open it, hit the three dots at the right, choose settings, never/frequent)?

And what do you mean with none of the sensors work?
