Green line showing up on pictures taken with camera

Ever since the lollipop upgrade, my wife's Galaxy S5 has been randomly inserting a green line into some of the pictures. Its always vertical and typically at the bottom of the picture and sometimes ranges from a quarter of an inch to an inch long. I have no clue what could be causing this and wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Since it started with the upgrade I'm wondering if its related? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've seen this across different devices, including previous Android builds. Try wiping the camera cache and see if that helps: system settings > applications > sort by all > camera > clear cache.

Thanks for this. I'll give this a try tonight and play around with it. Hopefully, its just that simple.

You're welcome! Not sure why this occurs...but clearing cache is the go-to fix for many issues that pop-up from time-to-time.

On a side note, how is she liking the S5?

She seems to like it just fine. She never really complains much about it if there is anything she isn't happy with. Thanks
