GS4 not finding microcell upon return to house -- 4.4.2 rooted

Recently, when I return to the house (which is in a cell null) I get one bar and "AT&T" as the network, rather than the 4 bars and "AT&T Microcell" as usual. Cycling airplane mode does not fix it, but restarting does. There was some kind of update a few weeks ago, but the About Device page doesn't show it.

This was fixed with the September 2014 update.
