Hi all,
I have manually flashed the latest stock firmware (I9300XXEMG5_I9300ODDEMG1_I9300DDEMG2_HOME.tar.md5) through Odin and it gave me a pass and succeeded:1, failed:0. But when automatically the phone booted it was not moving after the samsung logo and looping again and again. I gave to the service centre, they first said it was a software issue and now they say the mother board is bricked. Is it believable, as trying in recovery mode says"firmware installation encountered an issue and please connect to kies for recovery". Help in this regard to save my phone is much appreciated.

Did you try to connect it to Kies for recovery? That'd be the first thing to do. If Kies doesn't work and you can't boot into download mode again you'll have an issue. If you can get into download mode, find the factory image (original) for your phone and reflash that through Odin.

Presently my phone is with the service centre and they hint me that the motherboard is bricked, but I could not accept that and I am waiting for their final word, meanwhile please guide me where and how can I find the factory image (origianal) for my phone and also give me a tutorial for flashing it.

Actually I don't really believe that motherboard could be bricked if it goes in boot loop, but don't quote me on that. I think they're trying to make more money out of you (if that makes sence). After flashing stock roms I've been stuck in boot loop too, but it's easily recoverable thorough recovery menu, but since you don't have your phone on your hands I won't tell you how (yet).
And if it's booting to Samsung logo or you can get into download mode, it means your motherboard is alive and it's fixable 9 out of 10 times. All you have to do is to try Kies first and if it's not working try to flash stock rom (could be found on SamMobile.com) and it should bring your phone back to life.

thanx for your support. let me get back my phone from centre today and I will back soon

Now that I think, you should be more carefull. If your phone is in so called hard brick (hardware = motherboard) it won't turn on in anyway and won't be responding to anything. Maybe when they first said that it was software problem, they tried to fix it, but bricked it completely (hopefully not) and now trying to blame you. So be carefull. Hopefully your phone is still alive. Check in, when you'll have it in your hands and I'll do my best trying to help you.

Cheers
