GT-I9505 5.0.1 can't enable wifi

I've tried almost everything, but it won't fix.

My phone was on kitKat 4.4.2 with root but I decided to update.

I downloaded the I9505XXUHOJ3 / i9505XSAUHOJ1 stock rom from sammobile.

I used my recovery (TWRP) to wipe /cache /data /system and /dalvik cache.

I then flashed the stock rom using odin 3.10.7. Everything worked absolutely fine except the wifi wasn't turning on.

I removed my battery, i deleted the supplicant file, all sorts.

I even updated my bootloader and modem through odin to i9505XXUHOJ4 which worked fine as it shows so on the phone.

The wifi still won't turn on. Bluetooth works just fine.

What else can I do? I mainly want the wifi working so i can use my mobile as a hotspot, but I can't do that either.
