Hi Guys!
well i have been experiencing this issue with my Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000, where i would find my phone totaly off when i try to check on it from idle. i press the power button or the home button still it wont turn out. so i have to long press the power button ti start it again.
at first i thought it totally is shut off, but when i was having a call using a headset and i try to check and send a message while on hands free call my phones screen wont turn on. its just completely black but my call is still ongoing, so it occurred to me that when it suddenly turns off, its not totally shut off. it seems the issue is when the phone is in idle mode and when i try to wake it up. its just black.
i hope someone out there has the answer coz its been happening about twice a day for the last days and it irritates me a lot. PLEASE HELP!
