FYI it is impossible to put Swype on an HTC Inspire, unless you are one of the few people who are computer geniuses. There are too many super-complex actions that just cannot be completed by even above-average computer users.
Both HTC and AT&T told me by phone that the Inspire has been designed to prohibit sideloading of all apps. You will not be able to put a non-Market app on your Inspire (unless of course you are a computer genius).

Ok I have a question. I have been reading everyone posts on the trouble they have had installing swype into the phone. Now is it worth the trouble of the install or should you wait till the full release date??
I'm very new to using this phone coming from an iPhone so there for I'm a lot behind the curve here.
