The instructions are missing some essential information. Without it, the tutorial isn't usable. I've already spent five hours going through it.

- What exactly do you do with the ADB and fastboot files? All it says is, "know where they are" and "make sure they're set up? - ?!?

- What exactly do you do with drivers?

Hi there - I signed up to this Forum esp for this thread!

I too have this problem of fastboot (mac) hanging on the system.img flash, and read in the OP that updated Mac adb and fastboot will do the trick. The thing is - the dropbox mirror with the files are no longer there!

Please could you repost a mirror or a link to these updated files? The adb and fastboot files I can find (including those in code.google.com) don't seem to do the trick, and this could be the solution to everything!
