GV w/ sprint changing to N4

I have my Google voice number integrated with sprint. I want to use that number with the N4. Will I need to port the number over to GV or can I just port out to the new carrier with out having to worry bout my GV number changing?

You will have to disable that service first in your Sprint account settings and then port over the number.
