Because I'm one of those weirdos that reads the manual, I went to download the V40 User Guide from the Verizon website. In their infinite wisdom, they only uploaded the Spanish version of the document. Per the agent I chatted with, they separated out the English and Spanish versions, posted the Spanish version and deleted the English version.

Way to go, Big Red!
