Had Lost Phone Now Found but cant remove the lock set on ADM

Lost my phone and locked it using ADM - which is great piece of mind, however i have now found said phone and have to enter my massive password every time the screen locks.

Can anyone give me advice on how to now turn off the lock i placed on the phone using ADM

Welcome to Android Central! Once you unlock the phone, go to the lockscreen options in the settings menu and change the unlock method there.
