Hangouts Can't Connect Call

Anyone having issues on Verizon with trying to make voice or video calls on Hangouts? Works on wifi only but not when off Wifi? Any ideas?

Hi! So, it's not working when you have a data connection? How strong is your signal?

Correct. It's fairly strong as I can do other stuff that requires data. However when making a Hangouts call my LTE drops all the way out and says no connection.

Hmm this is odd, indeed. Have you tried having your dialed contact call you? What happens then?

I have...It shows the call coming in but when I attempt to answer says call cannot connect. I did just test now at home off Wifi and it worked...So maybe just a dead spot or something. Thanks for the replies though!

Perhaps it could be a specific area of the house is not as strong as the others - cement walls or other such things may cause that. Glad it's working for you!
