Hangouts no longer receive pictures

Textra seems to be by far the most reliable when it comes to MMS. Everything else I've tried is usually hit or miss (Go SMS, hangouts, slide messaging, hello, hover, etc etc) but I receive them without fail on Textra. Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of that app overall, so I use one of the others and just check Textra whenever I get an MMS error.
