Hangouts

Hello my hangouts isn't signing in with my google account. It says signing in for hours.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? Are you able to log in to your other Google services, like Gmail? Have you tried going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting Hangouts, and clearing the cache, then force stopping? You could also clear data from the app, if there aren't any SMS messages that are very important for you to save (actual Hangouts should be preserved in the cloud).

Other apps run fine... Do you have any phone number for google cust care? This is really annoying me
