Well, I have checked both

Both give me the same In Progress message.
Called AT&T (I am Premier but ordered at a corporate store) and complained about being charged an upgrade fee and was credited $43.00.
Also asked for the status on my order. They are still sticking to the "delivered by 21 June 2012". My point was that without a FedEx confirmation number ATM they would have to strap this on a super fast assed llama to get it to me by tomorrow. I asked them if they had sper fast assed llamas and he was'nt sure but thought not. He then said he would open up a callback for the 22nd to see if I got the phone. Like that will do anything. They never call back.
AT&T's "saving grace" is (if you want to call it that) that they refund fairly well when you complain. U-Verse is the same way.
Anyways, would be really nice if I get a call from the corporate store tomorrow saying it is in but I dont expect it.
