DATE ORDERED:06/06/2012 SHIPMENT STATUS: Processing.

So far so good but my credit card still has not been charged. They said two day UPS so that would mean Monday! I hope not I'm going away for a week flying out on Monday. Where is the FASTER button? I really need to push it!

I pre-ordered a few hours after pre-orders became available and all I can say is I can really careless when the phone gets to me. It will come. Some of you people need to go outside and breathe in some air and be grateful your even alive!!!

Thanx to my G-Note i AM outside & at a really nice park with my chihuahuas, and we're breathing air tyvm : ) These days don't assume ppl are chain smoking sitting inside at a desk JUST becuz we're watching our "shipping status" like hawks...lol

But i'm just curious...lf u could "care less" when ur SGS III gets there, why bother pre-ordering?

My status is still stuck at Backordered, but my co-worker on Sprint JUST got her email with her tracking number...grrrr!

I pre-ordered because its always fun to do. Pre-ordering doesn't always mean you'll get it early. I don't know about you but I like to read all the fine print and it said that delays can happen. I took my pre-order with a grain of salt and others need to start doing that. People also need to stop freaking out as its a phone and people are acting like THEY NEED IT THIS SECOND!!! It will arrive when it arrives, simple as that.

I think most of the frustration is just about a lack of transparency than anything else. If AT&T kept us fully informed the whole way through, our expectations would be far better managed. And the past few days we've all been completely in the dark, with only what we were told at time of purchase (sipping on 18th, arrival on or before the 21st) to guide us. If AT&T would just release an official statement already like Tmo and Sprint have, we'd all be a lot calmer. Its just that right, now we are fending for ourselves, so the constant updating by others is all we have to go on.

Do you not think AT&T owes us some information at this point?

I just got off the phone with CSR and they told me after speaking to a supervisor that Samsung pushed back the ship dates to everyone until the 28th. Once AT&T receives the phone on the 28th, they'll ship it out to everyone. I preordered on the 6th at around 1 pm BTW so I'm sure I was one of the first waves to preorder.

I am planning on buying my phone in store. I just talked to the manager at the AT&T store nearest to my house and he told me that unless it's a surprise to the employees, the Samsung Galaxy SIII will not be released tomorrow or this Sunday, the 24th.
He mentioned AT&T only releases phones in store on Sundays and they already have info on what they are releasing this Sunday (the Experia Ion?) and the GSIII is not going to be released on Sunday.

I ordered mine from Best Buy on the 6th. I'm pretty sure I was the first pre order of this store in Texas. It took them bout an hour to learn how to do it! So if mine is not there tomorrow I will be very aggravated!! I called them earlier just to see if it came in early cuz it happens and they said still tomorrow. I cant check any status like people that pre ordered from at&t.... Must be nice to know something!!:''(

If this were actually true, why do Sprint customers have tracking numbers for their s3 phones?

Premier is stating -ALL- preorders will be shipped on or before June 28th now. No bueno. I'm exchanging this Lumia for something else tomorrow while I wait. I understand a lot of you are going to be mad, and rightfully so. Let the wait continue.

Went to the wireless status link and i now have the tracking number for the pebble blue that I preordered at 1 am on the 6th!!!! It also says ship date of 6/20

I was hoping that ATT is just behind on the status updates and that those who ordered on the 6th (like me) and received the email indicating the 18th for shipping with free two delivery would be getting theirs today. But with the time now being 4:25 p.m.(east coast) someone should have received a UPS or Fedex delivery by now. It's shipping to my house so I'll know for sure in a couple hours when I get home from work.
