Haptic feedback turning off

Has anyone had this problem? The haptic feedback on the touch keys keeps randomly stopping. It usually works again when I shut off the screen and turn it back on

I have experienced the same thing over the last couple of days. I haven't been able to consistently get it to come back on. It has been completely random.
