Hard reset help

I am going to hard/master reset my phone to see if this helps. Very slow and laggy. What is a good backup software I need to look at?

I just use Google...It help with Apps, Pix and Contacts....

Google and Google + backs up all my apps contacts and pix/vids...theres others...just search on Google Play for back up...
