I want to a hard reset, but when I do it all my apps will be moved and rearranged. Is there way to keep it the same as the iPhone has the iCloud set up? It leaves the apps and folders where they are, etc....

The phone automatically back ups to google servers if you logged in and everything.

Yes but when it hard resets will my apps and folders be located in the same areas? Or will I have to arrange all of them?

Need to do a backup. Don't think android has anything like iCloud.

you can in fact restore the home screen arrangement if you backup launcher app but you will need root.

but with third part launchers those options are available.

also to get restored after a reset you have to make sure to check the option to download all app when logging in the next time.

also should enable backup in settings.

Download Nova launcher. It is far superior to the stock launcher anyway. Once installed you can import your settings from the stock launcher and get it so u are happy. Then go into the settings in Nova and backup your layout. I think the files are stored in the SD partition (like a regular SD card) so I believe they won't get deleted after the reset, but you may want to copy the backup folder to your computer to be safe.

Do your reset, reinstall your apps and Nova then do a restore of the saved backup and you will be good to go.

Just keep in mind that some widgets will need to be set up again.
