Hard reset nokia 8 problems

I've try to use hard reset my nokia 8.
1. Turn off Nokia.
2. Switch on Power cord.
3. Push in the same Time switches VOL UP+Power.
But Nokia didn't start in the RECOVERY MODE.
Is this possible that I'm doing something wrong??

I do as you said. Still flashing ANDROID nothing nothing more.
1. Turn off
2. Push in the same Time switches VOL UP+Power.
