Hard reset not working

Factory hard reset mot working on Galaxy E when I go to wipe dara/factory reset. It saying failed to open /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/misc: no such file or directory

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like you're trying to do the factory reset through the Recovery Menu, correct? What brought you to this point? Did the tablet completely crash, and won't boot up at all? If so, it's probably either a firmware or hardware failure.

I agree with Zoo , either try flash firmware , or repair shop.
