Hard Reset

Since my phone keeps saying insufficient storage I backed up my contacts and decided to do a hard reset. Well when I tell it to it says no reset performed clear settings not available. I have no idea what is going on with my phone any help please?

Did you do it via the Settings options or the other way as below:

1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the Volume Down and Send buttons.

2. Press the Power button.

3. Follow the instructions to complete the hard reset.
