Has Anyone Else's Screen Scatched Yet?

I don't have any scratches on my screen luckily and can't for the life of me put on a screen protector without having at least one bubble show up. I've tried I don't know how many times to install one but they always end up in a ball in my trash can.

If you buy them at Sprint, they will usually install them free. Best buy will install them for a fee ($8 IIRC, which makes total price of a Zagg a ridiculous $28!) I find Zagg to be very time consuming and messy to install - but ended up with a perfect install on my Xoom. My first Zagg for a phone a few years ago ended up in a ball in the trash!

I prefer the thicker stiffer ones. I normally use Seidio and install them myself in a humid bathroom. Usually have to use tape to lift a corner or a side a few times to get the remaining bubbles.

As said a million times In many threads,, gorilla glass is scratch resistant,,,, not scratch proof. Also, someone in these forums turned me on to steinheil ultra crystal screen protector. This product is amazing. Looks and feels like glass. Goes on dry. You can take off and put back on unlike zagg. 2 pack for 13 dollars. I doubted this person who showed me this is and to this day I can't thank him enough.

10.1/32 gig of fun!

I've managed to put a little tiny dent in my screen, I've dropped it three times tho, so now I have a screen protector on it, I'm not the most careful person when it comes to phones.

What amazes me is people can't stand tiny screen scratches, but they can deal with an ugly screwed up screen savers peeling up with bubbles underneath. ;)

hahahaaa, many ppl spend too much time trying to pick the fly out of the pepper instead of enjoying the devices for what they are...inanimate objects with life expectancys

I've had mine for about 6 weeks, and YES I have a couple of hairline scratches. Quite disappointed because I treat it with care and have no idea where the scratches originated. :'(

I've had mine 6 or 8 weeks and have always used a screen protector - had Sprint install one of their cheap generic ones in the store and then ordered a good one (Seidio). Just noticed a couple of small scratches on the protector today - don't know if whatever caused it would have scratched the glass, but don't plan to find out (and I'm very careful with mine too).

Sorry that you have some scratches - that sucks.

I let Sprint put one on my EVO 4G which I promptly took off no sooner than I got home. She did a terrible job and had the nerve to pass my phone back to me like she was proud.

When my Sprint sales rep started to put a screen protector on my new Photon, I said, "let me do that, I'm very good at it." So she did, and I did.

Then when Phantom Skinz came out with their protector, I bought one of those and replaced the cheapo Sprint one.

I was about to trade my wife's evo 3d for a photon on Craigslist and didn't because it had a couple scratches on the screen. Weird ... I thought gorilla glass meant no scratches. ..mines perfect. I just hate having a screen protector that collects dust around the edges .

I have had my galaxy for 6 months with a rubber phone prtecter it covers everything but the screen although the cases overlaps the screen on the edges so if I put it down on the screen side the protecter keeps it from the screen from laying flat on the screen.I've dropped it many times and this cheap rubber ultra thin $10 case does the job I might have a couple minor scratches but can barely see them.So I recomened to everyone to get this protecter very cheap different colors and fits like a glove with no screen protecter

I have had my MoPho since the first day available last year. No scratches so far. I put it in my shirt pocket all the time. I do have a case that protects it when it is on my belt.

My wife uses one of the screen protectors on hers.
