Has anyone experienced this on the Note9 after the Pie update?

Has anyone experienced this message at the bottom of the screen when making a call after the Note 9 Pie update? It's a bit annoying.

No haven't seen that , might need to ask your carrier.
does it make the call or any issues,?

No issues with the call going through. The message appears briefly while the call is connecting.
