Has anyone gotten the OTA kitkat update?

yes got the update about 6pm. hit install and had a ugly error message and no more update to be found. hoping that I will get it on the system update soon. the update installed just fine on my nexus 10

Got the update today around 4pm Whittier, CA. My friend in Montebello, CA got it three days earlier. Both of us have 2012 Nexus 7.

No update yet for my Nexus 10 in the UK. My Galaxy S3 is next to unusable because of the 4.3 f**K up in the UK and Ireland. It's now 3 weeks and still no update to fix all the problems. I have been a great ambassador for Android with all my friends. But this is just embarrassing. I'm a laughing stock as I have to charge my s3 3 times a day just to get through the day. And that's from full charge to empty. And I can't show off KitKat as it's just not available yet. Despite advising friends to get nexus edition devices to get the updates as soon as they happen.

I've bought Nexus devices because I like getting early updates but still haven't received it here in the UK. Feel really let down by Google/Android.

The Auto-rotate option disappeared from Settings immediately after the OTA update to KiKat at about 2am GMT) today (26/11/13). The screen displays in the portrait mode, but not in landscape. I am searching for a solution to this problem.

I'm in the UK & got it yesterday there's not actually that many changes tbh I'm disappointed I don't like how hotmail now looks identical to Gmail.

Yes, yes, yes, I received, about two to three hours ago, my, ('O. T. A.' / OTA), from Google, of, (KitKat / 4.4), for my, Nexus 7, (wi-fi & 16G), {vintage 2012}, lol; this after a couple of hiccups on it verifying and downloading to my Nexus 7, after I had checked to see if there was a new update.

Yes, yes, yes, I had to hit the button to check for, new version update, but then, there it was!

I am in, northern California, in Sacramento County.

got the OTA at last. now I have kitkat on both my N4 and N7 (2012).
Some apps seam a bit buggy, like facebook, but I bet thats a problem on their side. The N7 seams alot faster now

I have received the OTA update today on my N7 2012 and have a serious problem, the tablet freezes for a bit and then restarts when I plug it to charge. Can someone help?

Hi,
Well i think there is no gain without taking calculated risk. I bought google nexus 2012 (wifi) with Os ver 4.2 .
I tried to update it to Kitkat 4.4 but got the " Bootloader failed" .
After trying several ways i got the solution & its Running perfectly Ok with katkat 4.4 .
