Well, not yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed may be they will roll out the update after a day as they have a line over users waiting for the update. I guess they are going to first seed the update for Nexus5 and then Nexus 4 will come in place. Don't worry at all we will be the first one to get the taste of Lollipop out !

I received the OTA update for nexus 4. But when the update started downloading the phone just freezed up. And now my phone says your software is up to date. The update size was 349 MB and required 500 MB free space.

I had the same problem, can someone confirm if this is known to google as many are facing the same problem
