There are a few screen replacement videos on Youtube that you can use as a reference for taking the device apart. I took a look around the net for a replacement speaker and didn't see anything. You might need a donor device if you decide to do the fix yourself - let us know how things go.

Its do-able, but I believe it will be significantly more difficult than the iPhone. However, there are decent videos for screen replacements that will help you with the tear down and if done carefully is definitely do-able.
