Has anyone seen the Google play issue from the latest T-mobile update?

Yes, quite a few of us. It looks like they are in the process of getting fixed today, as some users are reporting that their device has begun showing up as certified again.
 
Fix from the OnePlus forum;

Hold down on the Play Store icon for 2 seconds.
Click App info.
Click Storage.
Click clear Storage.


Worked for me.
