1) I find it really hard to believe anyone already has an OTA update... but if it is true, then WOW
2) It doesn't matter where you are located (at least within the USA)... has nothing to do with the update order.

It s true. I received the ota about 5:45. Took a couple minutes to download and a few minutes to update and rreboot. New dialer app and phone seems snappier.

You'd think someone by now would have at least done a quick screen shot of the OTA screen as proof by now.... Just saying.... Not impossible that it's happening but like you I highly doubt it....

lol... I meant the screen that asked if you wanted to upgrade........ Google release the file so some people could have updated manually... I don't doubt anyone has the update.... Was just wondering if they've truly started to go OTA or not....

There are now several over on XDA... 100% stock, stock + root, stock + root, busybox, stock + undercarriage rustproofing.

You can find the OTA link in this blog post: http://www.androidcentral.com/android-443-ota-updates-hitting-nexus-devices

You can sideload through recovery using the adb sideload command, or flash the OTA file in your custom recovery if you are on the stock ROM, rooted. I had to replace the 4.4.2 system.img, but aside from that, the update went smooth.
