Has both GSM and CDMA on same phone?

Am I seeing this correctly that the unlocked version will have both GSM and CDMA capability on the same phone? Or will there be specific CDMA versions and GSM versions?

Both available on same phone. In U.S. should be able to be activated on Tmo, Sprint and AT&T.

That is awesome. I currently use a Sprint mvno and like it but need better coverage. Considering switching to an AT&T mvno but don't like the financial risk of having to purchase compatible hardware whenever I make the switch.
