You're apparently unaware of the iPhone 3G/iOS 4 brick debacle. As well as any number of OSX incompatibility issues. Samsung takes forever because they need time to cram their mind-blowing amount of bloatware into each new OS, but don't make fantastic claims about the most anti-consumer company out there.
