Has volume turned down after UI 2.1?

So I got the UI 2.1 update last week. But now it seems the media volume of my phone is turned down when I turn it on. I thought maybe I was hitting the button by mistake. But I've never hit the button by mistake and turned it down before. I realize it's not me it seems to be that way every time I turn my phone on now. When I'm home by myself I use talk to text all the time. And I wasn't hearing the little ding noise. And it's because the volume is turned down. Is this happening to anyone else? But I do shut my phone off every night so it's restarted everyday.

You have temporary mute toggled on ? Or device care optimization settings on?

oops sorry I usually get a notification when someone replies I did not I apologize. No I haven't temporarily muted anyting. It only started after the update it seems to be in the morning when first turn on my phone. My volumes almost always down. Probably 75% of the time when I turn my phone on in the morning have to turn the media volume up. Today I did not yesterday I did weird LOL

Its ok , happens to me sometimes , you check if battery power saving mode in medium or adaptive?
