Liked it already, now i love it. An update came out today that seems to have addressed my #1 complaint - slow shutter time, and slow multi shot pics. Great for taking close up shots during my kids sports.

I was negatively surprised by the camera mod.
Samsung has a 10X optical zoom smartphone for 5 years now, and that one is built in.
I'm really expecting that a camera manufacturer not named Hasselblad can provide us with a better camera mod, since most companies have thinner and smaller travel zooms with far better quality and lenses that go up to 40X.
Fingers crossed that something is already in the works.

I'm having problems with my Hasselblad True Zoom Camera Mod, and wondered if anyone else is. What happens is that the camera shuts off while shooting video, but the zoom remains extended, and trying to restart the camera doesn't work. The only way to get the lens to retract, and get access to the camera again is to power down and restart the phone. This is getting really frustrating.

Has anybody had any success taking pictures of the moon using the Hasselblad True Zoom? I know very little about photography but adjusted the settings based on some information I found on the Web. I am able to get a fairly decent (though small, even with the 10X zoom) picture on the screen, but as soon as I press the shutter, it goes fuzzy.

What am I doing wrong? What settings should I be using? I have the Moto Z (Verizon Wireless version).

That's a pretty difficult subject to shoot well. I'd recommend a tripod & timer on the shutter. Any time you're zoomed in with a camera, blur becomes more of an issue, and it's even moreso when you're shooting something so bright on a dark background.

is there a way to make it snap pictures faster? seems like it takes way to long

Try different photo sizes and make sure u turn off the image review. I find it on par with other digital view cameras...they are all slow in comparison to a DSLR. I like to shoot raw which slows it down a bit.
