Hauwei p9 lock screen has shrunk and not opening

I have a hauwei p9, I may have got the wet, left in rice for 6 hours,the phone reboots ok as normal. But when try to unlock it doesn't open,the lockscreen has shrunk to about 45% to the right side of the screen. I have rebooted a number of times, wipe cleaned the cache, rebooted, all ok. It's not opening from lockscreen, fingerprint identification not working lockscreen not opening, so no chance of inputting pin no. Then finally left it back in the rice for a further 48 hours. Again rebooted , still lockscreen is about 45% and not opening,so finally factory reset and nothing, still the same, I thought it would be a software issue, please help, phone is really good don't really want to go buy another, especially now there is no Google play
