Have a brand new Sansung Note 9 that vibrates when charging but turned off

[Android Central Question]

Just bought a Samsung Note 9 yesterday and am setting it up.
Turned off the phone to charge it and it sat & vibrates every couple seconds. The vibrating does not stop when it reaches 100%.

Interesting, maybe try this: settings, sound and vibration, scroll down to 'charging sound', and see if turning that off will stop it.
