Have a Galaxy Note 5 and the headphone jack doesnt hold my earphones in. Why and how do i fix it?

My headphone jack won't hold the headphones in anymore. Every time I plug in either headphones or an aux cord it continues to fall out and won't play music through it. What's the issue and how do I fix it?

it might be the headphone plug (The silver or gold bit on the end) has worn down check on the left terminal (the bottom metal part with the point on the end).

What ever you do don't try to put tweezers in the jack to bend out the plates that touch the terminals it wont zap you it might damage it
