Welcome to the forums. I'm not sure what that message could mean, but whatever the case, that phone is old and very outdated. If you're looking for a long term solution, the only thing I can suggest is to cut your losses and upgrade to something much newer. Even if you do figure this problem out, I'm guessing you'll run into many others.

You should be able to flash the stock ROM ... except for the fact that the PC may not recognize the phone. (JTAGing it might be possible, but buying another phone would be a lot cheaper. (Phones in the V2 class are about USD50. JTAGing a phone runs USD150 and up - if you can find someone who can still JTAG a V2.)
