Have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and the clock alarm does not work anymore

It remains visible in the alarm list but it doesn't go off at the proper time. I have not used safe mode don't know how. Tutor help checked everything out in safe mode and told me to take it to best buy to have them diagnostic.
